End User Support

We don’t believe that a project ends when we deliver product to site. Door hardware only functions correctly when it is correctly installed and, importantly maintained.

We offer the end user a full support package to help them keep their doors working at optimum efficiency and safety:

  • Installation and maintenance guides
  • Maintenance contracts to ensure doors are working perfectly and safely for years to come
  • Onsite visits and telephone support
  • Advice on the requirements of Doc M and the Equality Act to ensure buildings remain accessible to all
