Channel 4 Leeds

Housed in the old Majestic Nightclub in Leeds City Centre, Channel 4’s new HQ was conceived to take advantage of the burgeoning talent and film production scene in the North of England.

The building, originally a cinema when it opened in 1921 became a bingo hall and a popular nightclub before it was badly damaged by fire in 2014. The new development, which has retained the original façade, aims to complement original architectural design while transforming the space into a truly 21st century commercial hub.

The new development won the Game Changer category at the 2020 Yorkshire Property Awards and features hidden design gems for its occupants to discover, such as the grand Palm Court to the rear of the building, a magnificent five storey glass atrium.
